ALL ABOUT SAINT BENEDICT SCHOOL
Saint Benedict Catholic School, a fully accredited, inter-parochial Catholic elementary school, is comprised of students in grades Pre-K3 - Eight. It is at the heart of Baldwin County in Elberta, Alabama serving the six parish communities of Our Lady of the Gulf in Gulf Shores, Saint Bartholomew in Elberta, Saint John in Magnolia Springs, Saint Joseph in Lillian, Saint Margaret of Scotland in Foley, and Saint Thomas by the Sea in Orange Beach.
Our faculty consists of certified teachers, including a media coordinator and a licensed counselor. Para-professionals, music, art and Spanish teachers and our Chinese teacher complete the highly qualified, caring, professional staff of Saint Benedict School.
Saint Benedict School offers a challenging curriculum which emphasizes formation of mind, body and spirit. Various intramural and interscholastic sports and extra curricular activities are offered. Two Extended Day Care programs are offered either through the school or the YMCA in Foley. A summer day camp, Summer Sizzlers, is also offered at the school. Saint Benedict School has a family like atmosphere where parental involvement is required and vital.
