The Physical Education Department at Saint Benedict School provides PE for grades K-8 each day of the week. Students in grades 3-8 dress out in the SBS PE uniform. Our program involves motor skills development, interactive behavior and health-enhancing activities.  

        At Saint Benedict school, students participate in The President's Challenge Physical Activity and Fitness Awards Program.   At the end of the year , certificates are given to students in the 1st-8th grade for National and Presidential achievement.  We enjoy the Jump Rope for Heart Program in February which is our service project for the year.  In addition, money is collected for the American Heart Association.   Each May, students participate in the Saint Benedict Field Day which is put on by the Saint Benedict PE program.
