SBS Children’s Chorus

    For students in grades 2 through 8 who love music.  This performance group becomes familiar with musical choral singing

through engaging in large group selections 

to solo performances.  Students learn both

secular and non-secular tunes with which to

entertain at local venues such as our supporting

parish churches, The Wharf, The Foley

Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony and more. 

They also become familiar with music theory

through the practice of reading notes and

rhythm, and playing accompaniment instruments. 

Saint Benedict School Choir

   For students in grades 6 through 8, this group sings for the school masses each Friday.  The choir is the leader of students in songs sung during church services and perform a weekly anthem to celebrate His Presence.  This older group honors Jesus through the singing of rounds, solos, large group and traditional and contemporary Christian music.
