Mrs. Susannne Roman

I was born in Boston and I guess you could call me a “Coast Guard brat”. While growing up my family transferred from city to city finally settling down in Daphne, Alabama.  I graduated from Fairhope HS, and earned my
Bachelor of Science degree majoring in Education, from the University of South Alabama.  My teaching philosophy is that all students are unique individuals with different learning styles and needs.  I try to help my students learn and live according to Gospel values and to grow both spiritually and academically. As the Middle School Religion Teacher, I feel blessed to have the opportunity to witness my faith each day.   Being a teacher at St. Benedict is more than a job I love-it is a vocation. I live in Magnolia Springs with my husband, Bill, our three children, Missy 14, Robert 11, and Ryan 11. We also have a new addition to our family, our “puggle” dog, Chong.  We are members of St. Margaret of Scotland in Foley.
